I have to do the same thing to my old fence. I dont know the age but the fence is rotted, missing boards and looks like a pair of George Washington's discarded dentures. I have to replace one section at a time and dig pretty much through all clay. Hopefully it goes as smooth as your project did. Gives me a chance to finally rid myself of the troublesome orange trumpet vine too.
You should try Woodglut. You can get your money back if you don't like it
Splendidly to see Stodoys have new plans which helped me save some money and energy for this construction.
Woodprix plans are amazing!
This time I will do it manually with the help of Woodglut designs.
I really like the Woodglut plans.
I think I'll do it myself this week. I just got instructions from Woodglut and I'm ready for it: D
My husband used these plans from Woodprix and he is very pleased.
There are projects on how to do this on the Woodprix website.
